Do you have a sweet tooth? Bake your way to success!
You will learn all about organic/bio ingredients, kneading, proofing, shaping and more… No prior baking experience is necessary; just enthusiasm and a desire to make real bread!
You will learn to make:
- Sourdough Challah – Vianočka
- Bratislava rolls – Bratislavské rožky
- Moravian buns – Moravské koláče
- Buns – Buchty, Slimáky (zvitky)
- Fillings & crumbles
Workshop includes refreshments & lunch with a glass of wine.
All organic/bio ingredients, equipment and recipes are provided.
Language: Slovak/English – the workshop is run in chosen language of participants or in both languages Slovak & English simultaneously.
