You will learn how to make:

  • Sourdough bread & maintain sourdough starter
  • Yeast dough: pizza, bread sticks, French baguette, garlic bread
  • Fast no-knead bread
  • Mexican tortilla & how to wrap it
  • Butter rolls (maslové rožky)
  • Swedish rye knäckebröd
  • Irish soda bread
  • Italian crostini & bruschetta

Workshop includes refreshments & light lunch with a glass of wine.

All organic/bio ingredients, equipment and recipes are provided.

Language: Slovak/English – the workshop is run in chosen language of participants or in both languages Slovak & English simultaneously.
