You will learn all about organic/bio ingredients, kneading, proofing, shaping and more…
No prior baking experience is necessary; just enthusiasm and a desire to make real bread!
You will learn how to make:
- Sourdough bread & maintain sourdough starter
- Yeast dough: pizza, bread sticks, French baguette, garlic bread
- Fast no-knead bread
- Mexican tortilla & how to wrap it
- Butter rolls (maslové rožky)
- Swedish rye knäckebröd
- Irish soda bread
- Italian crostini & bruschetta
Workshop includes refreshments & light lunch with a glass of wine.
All organic/bio ingredients, equipment and recipes are provided.
Language: Slovak/English – the workshop is run in chosen language of participants or in both languages Slovak & English simultaneously.
